ALLERGIES V SINUSITI: X-ray report is consistent. With allergies and potentially sinusitis. Follow up With your doctor for treatment . I would start with nasal irrigation/ZYRTEC/FLONASE. If you are having discolored discharge a course of antibiotics would be appropriate (BACTRIM (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) VS CIPRO) Since the sinuses do not get good blood flow a 2-3 week course is needed
