More to it: than what you are telling . If you had 3 surgeries need exact location location ( throat is a wide area ) and biopsy report , of course symptoms . Best person to answer is your own surgeon , physician has the obligation to give you the diagnosis to you , not your family , even if it unpleasant news

Seems a lot : 3 so far. What symptoms are you having or problems are you having that necessitate the repeat surgeries? Depending on where you live might consider next opinion with university based ENT surgeon.
