Gallstones: It just means you have gallstones and some thickened bile fluid in your gall ladder. If you have been having pain in your abdomen on the upper right side those stones may be causing it. If not then you have asymptomatic gallstones which are very common and are nothing to worry about. If you are having pain I would see your pcp about it so they can refer you to a surgeon to remove the gallbladder.
