Thyroid: In most labs the TSH level would be quite low and indicate hyperthyroidism (excess T4) though this should be measured to ensure it is not due to other factors. You should be evaluated for the various causes like Graves, Toxic adenoma, and hyperplasia. Then a best treatment can be offered.

Does a single solid thyroid nodule grow rapidly if it is benign? The nodule is not a goiter. Tsh levels are normal.
