Immunodeficiency: You should have a proper investigation into the causes of these symptoms, in order to understand the disease and thereby best target the treatment. Great you're HIV negative, but I would want you to be tested for other diseases. Best to try and see a specialist in Infectious Diseases who can help direct the work-up. I recommend to call your primary MD today to get this referral set up.
