Several reasons: There are several reasons this could happen, but with a new start to cpap, would make sure a patient has a humidifier attached to their cpap and also adjust the humidifier settings to assist with this. Other reasons could include diabetes and insufficient fluid intake. A sleep physician or a medical equipment company could help.
