I bet ur talking: about a dry mouth. There r more reasons to have a dry mouth in the morning than dehydration. Do u have nasal congestion or history of nasal allergies causing mouth breathing?

AM dehydration: Seek medical attention by doctor /urgent care this week/weekend. Can be new onset diabetes or diabetes insipidus( where anitdiuretic hormone is deficient) or other central ( brain)mechanism or autoimmune process since you are having a headache.
