Stress and diet: you need to change everything in your diet and your routine to over come IBS stress is a major factor in IBS you need to minimize it even if you have to take medicine some food you might like but it does not like you back stop eating it there is no medicine on earth is going to make your digestive system or force it to like specific food hydrate eat fibers and fruits and exercise good luck
