can restasis be taken in combination with lacrisert (hydroxypropyl cellulose)? should i put them in after waiting a certain amount of time after using restasis or vice versa?

Sure, use together: You probably do not have to wait between insertions, but just to be sure, I would wait a few minutes. I would use the lacrisert (hydroxypropyl cellulose) first.

Restasis: Restasis is used for dry eye syndrome. It takes time to work. Keep using warm compresses.
