evaporative dry eyes. use genteal gel 2x/day n tears naturale (artificial tears) 4-6x. still not comfy when windy. is restasis or plugs a better option? risks?

Time for punctal plu: It appears that you need to go to next step of dry eye treatment. have you tried Restasis? If not I would start with that and also punctal plugs. They can try the collagen plugs first and see if you see improvement and then try the permanent plugs.
