Does not add up: Ultasound and MRI are not usual ways to detect myocardial infarction. Did you consult a cardiologist? If you did not, it is imperative that you see a board certified cardiologist for an evaluation. You did not say that you have any symptoms and if you do not, you may very well have no infarction!
