Can you drink alcohol while on 5mg of Lexapro (escitalopram)? i'm not taking it for depression, just to chill out a little from stress

Not advisable: I usually tell patients a little infrequntly is ok, but why are you taking lexapro (escitalopram) in the first place there are better options for stress relief that do not have any risk such as individual or group therapy
