I have a test result question.my internist ordered bloodwork and i have the results, can you make sense of these two:rfactor - highana- neg.but there are other autoimmune issues listed by percentage? so...what does it maybe mean?

It may be mean: you may have rheumatoid arthritis but not lupus.High levels of rheumatoid factor are associated with a tendency toward more severe rheumatoid disease.

Matched to symptoms: The lab results indicate that you probably don't have Rheumatoid Arthritis however you may have another autoimmune condition but only if you have several of the other signs & symptom criteria to match this result. Your internist can help sort this out with you or may decide to refer you.
