The full report would be helpful and may be provided during a virtual consultation with Healthtap. Pllease describe any other symptoms, including cough, shortness of breath and joint pain/swelling. A follow up panel is recommended and a second opinion is also an option. Watch for respiratory issues and joint pain/swelling. Avoid infections, COVID 19 booster and keep all vaccinations current.

Unless you have additional symptoms or any other abnormal blood test results, treatment for an assumed autoimmune condition with nucleolar ANA 1:320 as the cause of fatigue and chronic pain may not be indicated because of treatment' risks vs. benefits. However, if you have any doubt, you can always seek a second opinion. I think practicing Tai Chi may help you with those symptoms.
