What are the major symptoms of stomach cancer and what are the blood tests required for diagnosis?

No good blood tests: Stomach cancer can be quite advanced before it causes any symptoms. The main symptoms would be vomiting, feeling full with less amount of food eaten, anemia from the blood loss and fatigue. The best test to diagnose it is an upper endoscopy.
