A couple things: You could be dealing with one of a couple things.One, it could be a minor upper respiratory infection.Two, which I think is more likely, you could be dealing with allergies with nasal drainage into the back of your throat which you can't feel but is affecting your throat making it hoarse and causing ear pressure.Try an OTC allergy pill like Allegra,Zyrtec, or Claritin and nasal spray like Nasocort
