I have been a bit sick, scratchy throat, sniffles, now i am hoarse. i don't feel congested but my head hurts when i bend forward. feels like pressure.

Sinusitis: Your symptoms may indicate a sinus infection if they have been dragging for a few days. See your doctor. In the meantime, use a saline nasal spray and over the counter decongestants to help you with your symptoms.
