I have been on penicillin vk 500 for two days and the swelling is just getting worse when do i call the dentist?

Dental emergency: Call your dentist ASAP if you are on antibiotics for more than 48 hours and your swelling is getting worse. Maybe they need to see you are switch you to a different antibiotic. Let them know your concerns before things get too out of hand.
