Three weeks ago i finished taking penicillin because my left tonsil was swollen. after finishing penicillin my tonsil swelling went down but there's lump still behind it. how do i get rid of this?

Hard to say: I would see the Dr. who placed you on the antibiotics. If in doubt, consider an ENT specialist.
