Liver disease: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the information you provided is consistent with liver disease, There are other causes of liver disease, in addition to alcohol. The issue warrants consultation with a doctor at the earliest.
