No processed food: Lots of fruits and vegetables, minimize processed foods, sugar-laden drinks like soda and fruit juice,and unhealthy trans fats. Consume healthy sources of protein such as chicken, fish, lean red meat, legumes and fats such as nuts, coconut and olive oil. Food is energy. Quite simply a poor diet equals poor health.
