Don't fall for it: "Fat burners" and other supplements promoted for weight loss are bogus. They are either worthless, or they are stimulants that can cause bodily harm. There is no shortcut to weight loss or muscle building. Cutting calories and exercise are the only things that work. Anyone who tells you otherwise is interested in your money.
