Focus elsewhere: Start with optimizing your nutrition. Eat as healthy as possible which means high quality lean protein, healthy fats (not vegetable oils), plenty of vegetables and dark-skinned fruits. Limit the bread, pasta, white flour, etc. Add in weight training 3 days per week and interval training for cardiovascular exercise a few days per week. Forget about garcinia and other weight loss pills.
