So many supplements: I am concerned that you might be putting too much reliance on pheteramine and various supplements. Rather than filling yourself with multiple supplements (some of which may not be scientically shown to improve weight loss), consider putting more of the emphasis on calories out exceeding calories in, nutrition and your exercise plan.
