In one side of my cervical canal i feel soft the other side is harder is it normal or could be a tumor in one side?

You need Gynec exam: You should get this checked out by your gynecologist as the whole cervical canal should feel soft and similar on both sides. Yes tumors typically start in one side. But your age is too young for Cancer. But a confirmation is required by a physician(Gynecologist) examination done soon.
