Good diagnosis. Lymph notes can trap bacteria and other stuff coming from abscess which turns on lots of things in the lymph node trying to fight the infection. Show to dentist and ask as well.

Multiple queries about the same issue. Have the root canal therapy completed, and if the swelling does not resolve, have it further investigated.
