When i was constipated, i put a finger in my rectum and i felt a firm, spongey, roundish bump behind the anterior rectal wall (not on the rectal mucosa, but inside the wall or behind it). could that be my cervix or is it a tumor?

Likely cervix: For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
