Needs evaluation: The blood you describe is old blood as old blood is brown. What you see could be just clots or mucous mixed in with old blood giving the appearance of being a clot. An early pregnancy aborting could fit as well. The urinating a lot and feeling like vomiting could be because of a urinary tract infection. You should be seen by a doctor now.
