I just got my period and as i got it it started to hurt really bad any time i would pee and there's lots of blood clots and it's black. why?

See below: Along with your period, your symptoms suggest that you may also have a bladder infection (UTI, cystitis). If you are truly passing blood and clots (often dark) in the urine, separate from and in addition to your menstrual flow of blood from the vagina, then we use the term "hemorrhagic cystitis". Prompt evaluation (urine culture) and treatment (increased hydration and antibiotics) recommended.
