I ended my period 2-4 days ago and today i pee'd out a blood clot and noticed later that i was spotting, dark blood, what could this be?

Likely normal: Sometimes a period will last longer or come back a few days later - this is a normal variation. However it could also be a sign of a cervical infection or other hormonal problems. So if it doesn't resolve on its own get checked.
