Yes: If you are seeing large quantities of blood and blood clots you should go to the emergency room. The color of the blood suggests bleeding from the kidney area as long as you're sure it's not vaginal bleeding. Large clots can occasionally block the bladder outlet and block urination. Kidney stones,tumors,glomerular inflammation need to be ruled out.
