May be diverticuliti: this suggests that you might have diverticulitis. Is a little pouches they come out of your large intestine. Your physician can help evaluate you or have you see a gastroenterologist to help clarify this diagnosis. It may be something else so you need to have the evaluation

For the last three nights I've been waking up between 4 and 5 AM with severe cramps in my lower abdomen/intestinal area. I have some gas but passing it does not relieve the pain, nor does having a bowel movement. OTC meds no help.
First time experiencing middle lower abdomen cramps/sharp pain after pee-ing. No burning. Last for about 30minutes and was bad with movement such as walking and feels better when seated. What could this be? Was it gas or spasm?
