Ever since i had my baby (c-section), i occasionally have cramping in lower right abdomen during bowel movement. feels like muscle cramp in your calf?

Possibility: If the symptoms are temporally related it is possible that your symptoms are related to scar tissue caused by your surgery but this is only one possibility. It would be uncommon for you to have scarring on bowels after a routine c-section.
