Head Pressure: Could be something as simple as a sinus infection all the way up to something more sinister. I would recommend a visit to an ear, nose and throat Doc as soon as possible.

I have been in contact with someone recently diagnosed with COVID. I have head pressure, dry eyes, swollen throat glands and feel out of sorts. As I am an HCP, I would like to have a test done to be sure I have/dont have it.
My left jugular vein is very distended when my head is below my heart and neck feels swollen, feel pressure in chest, could this be heart failure?
