I have been in contact with someone recently diagnosed with covid. i have head pressure, dry eyes, swollen throat glands and feel out of sorts. as i am an hcp, i would like to have a test done to be sure i have/dont have it.

Test: As a health care provider you must have a supervisor at your facility that can inform you about policies and how to get testing.. In the meantime practice isolation for 14 days. In addition, If test is positive, call your MD & you must be without symptoms for 3 days toward end of isolation . Keep hydrated,take acetaminophen. I recommend Vit D, zinc.
