Discovery: I would suggest completing the Covid assessment  on the Discovery Health website. If you are flagged as potentially having covid, you will be diverted to a virtual consult with a Doctor. You will be assessed and referred for testing if necessary . Kind Regards Dr Aylwin David Nathaniel

COVID 19 testing: In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations.

Test: As a health care provider you must have a supervisor at your facility that can inform you about policies and how to get testing.. In the meantime practice isolation for 14 days. In addition, If test is positive, call your MD & you must be without symptoms for 3 days toward end of isolation . Keep hydrated, take acetaminophen. I recommend Vit D, zinc.
