Weight loss: No specific calorie count,but would aim for 10x your desired weight goal-ex:if goal 160#,then 1600 calories per day would be a ball-park amount. More importantly, you must make life-style changes:reduce carbohydrates from red meats,bread,pasta,potatos. More veggies without dips or sauces. Eliminate ALL artificial sweetners and sodas. Beware that alcohol is all carbs-so moderation is the rule.
