Longer and harder: Gradually increase the intensity of your exercise by increasing the speed(walking or running) and add more weights to your weight lifts but you have to build it up slowly in order to build tolerance and avoid muscle injury. By doing too much too quickly, you can end up having very sore muscles. Take 2-3-4 weeks to increase the intensity of your work out.
