Exercising?: Simply make sure the calories burned = calories taken in. Continue habits of a healthy diet and moderation. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if exercising, especially isometric (AKA "lifting")' then might gain weight if you're having muscle gain while losing fat or it's stable.
