BMI 19.7 (normal): according to the numbers you provided, normal range for body mass index is between 18.5 and 25, yours is on the lower side of the normal range, better keep it this way given that you have ankylosing spondylitis, your best bet with this condition is to keep moving and exercise as much as you can, good luck
