Was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in 2010 and been on humira since 2013. recently found out my si joints are almost completely fused and facet joints are starting to fuse. does this mean the humira hasnt been working? im 30 years old?

Suggest : Humira is an anti-TNF alpha originally intended for rheumatoid arthritis. It is immunosuppressant, risky in COVID-19 era. So, meet with your rheumatologist and switch to a different medication. Also, get some PT.
