Pleuritic pain...: you are describing pleuritic chest pain and there are many possible causes including lung infection, blood clot, bronchospasm, etc. It could also be a musculoskeletal pain. In order to diagnose it, it is important to know what other symptoms you have, like fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc. See your doctor so that more info can be given and you can be examined.
