Muscle strain: 1st thought that comes to mind is muscle strain. This should improve w/active rest. In other words, keep moving but avoid strenuous activities eg playing soccer! Low back pain could be muscle or spine in origin. Best to go see Family Doc or Sports Med doc for evaluation & treatment. Pain more worrisome if unknown fever, numbness/tingling/weakness and/or incontinence.
