Could be Gallbladder: Pain in right side radiating around to the back can be a sign of gallbladder problems. Signs that it may be due to gallbladder problems, include: pain occurring or worsening after eating, especially high fat foods; associated nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea. Pain can be the only symptom. If the problem persists or worsens, consider seeing a doctor.
