Treat husband too: If your infection keeps coming back, you're either taking too short of an antibiotic course (may need 4 weeks) or you are being re-infected by your partner (if you had sex he could be carrying the bacteria from you). I would do a culture on BOTH of you to see which antibiotic would be most effective and treat you both.
