Maybe yeast excess: A discharge is anything coming from a vagina that is more than the scant amount of normal mucous healthy women have. A discharge that has mild or no odor can be an overgrowth of yeast or bacteria, or a mild infection with undesirable germs (discharges worsen if infection). A woman with discharge can see a Dr. who does pelvic (internal) exams, even if a pelvic exam isn't done on the first visit.

Yes: The presence of blood in the urine, stools, painful urination or painful bowel movements could be due to involvement of these organs with endometriosis but other conditions such ass ic, other tumors of the bladder or bowel need to be excluded. Possible scleritis: It sounds like you may have scleritis, a deep inflammation of the normally white part of the eye that makes it red. It is often associated with a systemic autoimmune disease, and is not infectious. You should continue to seek medical care from a qualified ophthalmologist.

A 24-year-old female asked:

I have visible blood in my urine and went to hospital and they said I had a UTI infection but my left kidney is in bad pain, is this from a uti?

Dr. PHILLIP KIM
General Practice 15 years experience
May or may not: Gross blood in the urine with flank pain until proven otherwise can be a sign of kidney stones. Uti typically starts from the bladder and if left untreated can potentially travel to to the kidneys with serious consequences. Follow where the pain the starts. Stone starts from the back vs UTI from the bladder.
