An US of neck showed 2 lymph nodes, one was 1.5cm x 0.9 cm in cervical area and Supraclavicular which was 0.5mmx0.4mm. From what I read, most of the the lymph nodes are oval and not rounded.Rounded shapes are more concerning. Is this the case?
