Ambien (zolpidem): You Q. was cut off, but it appears that the 5mg. is not helping with sleep, so ask your doctor for possible adjustment back to 10mg.

Sleep hygiene: It sounds as though you were going to say that the 5 mg helped initially and you wondered about dose change? Well this is common problem, yet I'd suggest a different approach. As ambien (zolpidem) may have erratic side effects, and can cause excessive sleepiness, it's not the safest option, especially with baby at home now. Better to get regular exercise, cut out caffeine, and practice sleep hygiene.
