You can not: predict who will have PID or who will have her tube damaged. PiD happens if gonorrhea is not treated for a while in some women but since you recently diagnosed and hopefully treated for it you do not need to worry about it.

If untreated Yes: Yes one time gonococcal infection used to be one of the common causative organism , for PID , blocking the tube causing infertility , ' peri hepatitis ' ( Firtz-Curtis Syn ) etc now other organisms replaced. See your doctor get it treated completely , you will be cured , do not repeat same mistake again , protect your self in future
