Depends: If the treatment is successful and you were also treated for chylamidia, risk of pid will be low.Then unless you get subsequent infection. Considered use of condoms if pregnancy is not intended.

Only some, not all patients with gonorrheal urethro-vaginitis do end up with gonorrheal upper genital tract infection (PID).
