Discuss with Neuro: The antibody titer often returns to normal after lont-term suppressive therapy, however, I don't think this can predict whether a relapse will occur. I'm assuming that you are undergoing immunosuppressive therapy and are wondering if it can be tapered? Usually this is done without testing for the antibody. If symptoms recur, then therapy is resumed.
